Springcombe Sunset is a tranquil, coastal retreat designed for easy living. Set high on the cliffs above St Heliers, this beautifully renovated beach house offers sweeping harbour views, golden sunsets and the gentle rhythm of seaside life, all just moments from cafés, coastal walks and the beach.

Spread across two light-filled levels, the home sleeps up to 7 guests and blends spacious interiors with peaceful outdoor living. The lower level features a grand entrance hall, casual living space that opens to the garden and patio with spa pool, and a master suite complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs also includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs you’ll find panoramic ocean views from the open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a study nook, a queen bedroom and an additional powder room. Both levels offer balcony or garden access for soaking in the coastal air.

Thoughtfully equipped for families, Springcombe Sunset includes a baby bath, high chair, portacot, bouncer, as well as children's toys and books to make young guests feel at home.

  • The home has an ensuite in the master bedroom, a downstairs family bathroom and a powder room upstairs.

  • You’ll find two light filled living rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs.

  • The property is fully fenced with a secure gate - ideal for families with young children. You'll also find plenty of off-street parking and a convenient internal access garage. Enjoy the seamless indoor–outdoor flow, with living spaces opening to a private garden and two patios. The private spa pool offers a peaceful and secluded spot to unwind.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, blender, fridge/freezer with filtered water, induction hob, 2 x ovens, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. It features ample counter space, a variety of cookware, glassware, utensils, and dishes to meet all your cooking and entertaining needs.

  • The unlimited fibre can accommodate all guests. There are also 2 x smart TV’s - one in each living space, and a portable speaker available to connect to during your stay.

  • All-season comfort, whether it’s a warm summer evening or a crisp coastal morning with 2 x heat pumps located upstairs and downstairs.

  • The house comes equipped with a washer & dryer as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

    It also comes with fresh linen and a professional clean. Pool and beach towels are also available.
